Delivery times vary by location within South Africa. Regional areas (North West, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga and Limpopo) take 3-15 business days, outlaying areas (Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Free State) take 3-12 business days, and local/inlaying areas (Gauteng) take 2–10 business days. We also offer free store collection at Malcolm St & Davidson St, Rynfield, Benoni, 1501, South Africa.
Shipping costs vary by location within South Africa. Regional areas (North West, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga and Limpopo) are R180, outlaying areas (Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Free State) are R150, and local/inlaying areas (Gauteng) are R70. Orders of R800 or more qualify for free delivery. We also offer free store collection at Malcolm St & Davidson St, Rynfield, Benoni, 1501, South Africa.
Yes, our products are cruelty-free, meaning they are not tested on animals. Many of our products are also vegan, however this may vary by brand and product. Our return policy allows for returns of unopened and unused items within 7 working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Item will be inspected upon arrival.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns cost will be at the customers expense unless stated otherwise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic purposes , Emma Rose Distribution will not exchange or refund mascara’s, liquid eyeliners, eye pencils or liquid lipsticks/lip-glosses unless the product is defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
